Shipping policy

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 - $9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $150

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Expected delivery within Auckland is 2-3 days, for national delivery allow up to 7 days. All orders are dispatched from our office in Auckland.

For international couriers and freight please contact us for a quote and estimated delivery time.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (for New Zealand deliveries) and 20 days (for International deliveries) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mygeneralstore.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
